PN 10 Ductile Iron Joints PN10 Mechanical Conection With Black End Cap
overview
The dismantling joint is used to connect pipes or valves with flanges at both ends. The product has the characteristics of adjustable length to facilitate field adjustment during on site installation.
The nominal diameter of product ranges is from DN40 to DN2000, and the drilled flange and nominal pressure like PN10/PN16/PN25/PN40. The customer has some special requirements for the product that also be designed and manufactured to meet customer requirements.
A double flanged composite fitting, featuring a telescopic action between a flanged spigot and a flange adaptor, specially designed to provide longitudinal adjustment in flanged pipe systems. Dismantling joints also provide a simple method for the installation and removal of flanged valves, pumps, flow meters and flanged pipework.
Tie rods are provided for final anchoring and location and also double as flange jointing bolts reducing the number of these required. Dismantling Joints in a wide range of sizes & lengths, to standard & customer specifications.
