Coating adhesion is strong: physical method is used for advanced treatment of the base pipe. The pretreatment meets Sa2.5 standard. Microcomputer is used for automatic preheating control and production. Coating adhesion is higher than national standard.
Flame retardant and antistatic performance is good: flame retardant and antistatic indicators meet the requirements of underground gas drainage pipe indicators. Flame retardant: The arithmetic average of flameless combustion time is less than 3S and the maximum is less than 10s; the arithmetic average of flameless combustion time is less than 20s and the maximum is less than 60s. Antistatic: internal and external surface resistance ≤1.0×106Ω
Good hygienic performance, low fluid resistance: in line with the drinking water standards of the Ministry of Health, no fouling, no breeding of microorganisms, no secondary pollution of fluids. The inner wall is smooth and the conveying efficiency is high.
